While I'm happy to say that we rarely receive complaints in our stores, it's always affirming and encouraging when a happy customer takes the time to write. Here's an email I received from a customer earlier this afternoon:
Good afternoon! I was looking through your blog online and wanted to let you know that every time I have gone into French Quarter there is always someone very friendly and knowledgeable to greet me. Particularly at your Bridgeport location! When I get the extra $ someday (Hopefully soon) I will be in for more sheets! The Sferra Giotto sheets have my name all over them! Well take care and keep up the good work!
